seen it he comes across good and seems to know what he wants to do. the question is can they turn this unfit rabble into a fighting confident fighting fit team, we can only hope fair play to the guy for coming in some of the comments from some of our so called fans is the usual disgraceful but suppose what do you expect. they could bring in klopp and they wouldn't be happy

just seen the video of them training today loads of defensive work going on thats a very good thing, the other week crosby was saying about relaxing the sessions so not to get anymore injuries, looks like the was no holding back today , fitness levels will soon rise
 
That’s exactly what I thought. How to block crosses seemed to be one exercise.

Generally happy with this appointment, as others have said already, couldn't have got a manager with better credentials willing to take the risk of a short term stint with our injury hit and demoralised squad. Comes across very well in interview too.
My main concern would be that, like Crosby, he's a keen advocate of 3 at the back.
