Foodie pisc fromAM

Did this for my beautiful wife tonight. A pan roasted salmon with config sweet potato roasted vegetables and jucy king prawns with a hot chilli oil
 
We are doing a fine dinning evening tomorrow this is the smoked salmon and beetroot salad starter with bitter lemon caviar parsnip tuilles edible flowers

Hahahahahaha i have done a 14hr day and only got half the work done i am back in tomorrow at 8 in the morning as i have a ton of work to do
 
This is my trio of cheesecake we did tonight raspberry. Mango and lemon served with lemon. Mango and raspberry mini pavlova's bitter raspberry fluid gel and a salted caramel tuile. After neary 17 hrs today straight shift no breaks. I am shattered. I now pass the baton on to this so called rabble of a team go out and earn your pride and wage
 
I’ve joked before about you giving the team talk, AM. But seriously if you told these pro footballers how hard you worked they might realise how lucky they are.
