Next up for Rovers is another away trip, this time to Highbury Stadium to take on Fleetwood. Rovers are enjoying a mini resurgence since Andy Crosby took charge having taken 8 points out of a possible 12, remain unbeaten in 4 and come off the back of an excellent 1-0 away victory at high flyers Bradford.
The last time the two teams met was on 11th Feb in a stalemate at Prenton Park in which Rovers were pretty woeful in front of goal.
Fleetwood meanwhile are having a decent season. They are currently in 14th place, 8 positions above Rovers and 13 points better off. Their recent form has been decent with 2 wins and 2 draws although they did get thumped 3-0 on Saturday against Colchester.
Midfielder/forward Ryan Graydon is having an excellent season for The Fishermen with 9 goals and 7 assists. Matty Virtue can also chip in with goals from midfield with 8 so far while 34-year old Danny Mayor brings the experience in the middle.
Not much on the injury front for Rovers as a few players are close to a return but no news as of yet.
On current form, Rovers have a great chance to come away with some points.
