Woohoooooooooo!!!

Wembley here we come!! =D>

Great win, listened to the radio commentary and sounds like a good old gutsy display. Which is exactly what we need in this predicament. Players to roll their sleeves up and graft for the cause.

Made up for Ash Taylor. He works as hard as anyone and glad he has a goal to his name in a Rovers shirt, let it be the first of many. Sounds like a good finish by him as well.

Let's hope this isn't a one-off we go back there to play the same team on Saturday so let's produce the same fight and determination to get a positive result to bring back and a point or three. Come on Rovers! =D>

It sounds like we were under the cosh a bit, maybe our luck has finally turned. Well done Rovers, as SCoops says we need to go back there and get something out of the game on Saturday.

it sounded a poor game on the radio with few chances they being the better of two poor teams but an important win especially if we can get past aldershot.
Now we really need to get a win on saturday and boost the players confidence.

Listened to some of the commentary, sounded like a half decent showing! Aldershot in the next round!

Bring It On!!

:cold::cold::cold:

Excellent result. Didn't expect it at all, espceially when I saw the half time stats, them 8 shots us none!
Very good chance to get to the third round now, let's make sure we play well against Aldershot, and hopefully a money spinner in round 3.
Suddenly feel slightly more optimistic for the season.

Probably the best RESULT of the season. Did any of us expect it? Some of us were confident about Gillingham, Wycombe and Brighton, but we'd all written them off last night.

Interestingly, Les was very subdued today. He said it was our worst PERFORMANCE under him! To be honest, that's quite refreshing to hear. Les feels confident enough to give the team a b*****king after an away win. It's been a long time ago since a Tranmere manager did that. He reckons we'll have to improve to get a repeat result on Saturday. He's probably right, but at least he's got the right approach.
